We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mike</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/29683660/8190757304372680618/comments/default/6796353179001383558'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/29683660/8190757304372680618/comments/default/6796353179001383558'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.iowaestateplan.com/2008/01/new-iowa-law-blog.html?showComment=1268183027952#c6796353179001383558' title=''/><author><name>Anonymous</name><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='16' height='16' src='http://img1.blogblog.com/img/blank.gif'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.iowaestateplan.com/2008/01/new-iowa-law-blog.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29683660.post-8190757304372680618' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/29683660/posts/default/8190757304372680618' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-484395677'/></entry></feed>
